SHIPPING & DELIVERY

The journey of an order

Every order follows the same path, and you can follow it at each stage.

1. Order placed. You receive a confirmation by email.
2. Prepared. Your piece is prepared and packed as part of the DORIC Experience.
3. Dispatched. Your order is handed to the delivery partner.
4. Delivered. Your piece arrives at the address you gave at checkout.

Processing time

Each order is prepared and checked before it leaves the house.

Shipping within India

Delivery options and any shipping charge for your address are shown at checkout, before you pay.

International shipping

If we deliver to your country, it appears as a shipping destination at checkout. For a destination not listed, contact the house before ordering.

Tracking

Your dispatch email carries the tracking details, and your orders are listed in My Account if you ordered while signed in.

Delivery exceptions

Occasionally a delivery is delayed — by weather, public holidays, remote locations or other circumstances outside our control. If your delivery is taking longer than expected, or your parcel arrives damaged, please let us know and include:

• your order number
• the name and address on the order
• photographs of the parcel, if it arrived damaged
