Products

We describe and show each piece as accurately as we can. Colours can appear differently from screen to screen, and small variations are part of the character of some materials.

Pricing

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹). Any shipping charge and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. If a price is displayed incorrectly because of an error, we will tell you before your order is accepted.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the order is confirmed, and we may decline or cancel an order — for example if a piece is unavailable or a payment cannot be verified — in which case any payment taken is refunded.

Payments

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by the payment provider you choose.

Availability

Some pieces are made in limited quantities. A piece is only reserved for you once your order is confirmed, and it may sell out while in another customer's bag.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are described on the Returns & Exchanges page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Intellectual property

The DORIC name, the DORIC mark, and the designs, photographs, text and other content of this website belong to DORIC or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DORIC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from an order, and its total liability for an order is limited to the price paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
